The floor was terazzo. It was stained and pitted. Long, dark and boring best describe this space.

I used 10 gallons of mud to texture the walls and the floor. I hand rubbed 3 colors of paint and 2 glazes on the walls. The faux stones took 2 weeks and 10 coats of polyurethane to seal it. The photo does not show the detail work such as the small bugs and moss.
